“Our heat pump died at 7pm on the first day of the storm that gave us 3ft of snow in ’16. RA Dobson called us back within 20mn and walked us through how to switch to emergency heat. Within hours of our street being paved, they had a tech out. When that tech misdiagnosed the problem, RA Dobson refunding the charge and sent out their most experienced tech to try again. They worked with us on a Carrier recall bulletin to get the defective part replaced at a discounted rate. When the system had the exact same problem the next fall – a known defect for that model – RA Dobson again sent out their most senior tech, who was very thorough. Travis and George back in the office pushed the manufacturer to do right by us and we were extremely pleased with the result. Full credit goes to Travis and his determination to do right by his clients. I admit, I didn’t expect an HVAC repair company to care this much about one customer. We will be RA Dobson customers as long as we live in their service area.”

“While I was in the hospital, our air conditioner quit working, so my wonderful husband had a very hot night and therefore not very much sleep. He called R.A. Dobson Heating and Air Conditioning and they graciously came out and fixed our unit within a few hours, , so that we wouldn’t be without air conditioning in this heat wave. The repair was completed just as I was getting back home. Our unit has reached the end of live and they will be installing our new unit on Tuesday. Praise God for companies that compassionately take care of their customers.”

“R A Dobson has serviced the heat and a/c of this house for 20 years…and yesterday the system died. I called and spoke to Megan who was so professional and she sent Josh in 2 hours to pronounce it dead. We’d 5 pm it was 90 and humid..sticky night and Josh said they would try to start repairs today after their scheduled jobs but Fri for sure. Got a call this afternoon at 3:20 from Travis or George…sorry gentlemen heat affects my brain! They sent Jessie, Madison,Sam, and Israel brought the unit….all gentlemen who went to work and at 7:30 ALL DONE! New Carrier unit, all lines clear, cool air coming from vents and could not recommend R A Dobson highly enough! Your hard working gentlemen are a credit to your company…AMAZING SERVICE!!!”

“We first used RA Dobson almost two months ago for a leak in our ceiling and they came out quickly, diagnosing the problem as our refrigerator. Sunday night, we discovered our hot water heater was majorly leaking, flooding part of the basement. The person on call called us back within minutes just before midnight and helped us turn the heater off, virtually stopping the leak. He recommended we call back in the morning to schedule someone to come take a look. Without having to even call them back in the morning, we got a call at 8 am to follow up and just after midday Jesse was at our house. We had a new heater by the end of the day. Thanks Travis, Jesse and everyone else who made this a virtually painless process, including fair and competitive pricing. Highly recommend (though I really hope I don’t need you again for a while)!”
